Delete Entire Catalogue

Summary
It is not recommended to use this call in production/atall. Each time the catalogue is deleted the data remains on the server to maintain the links to any existing items in jobs/assets etc. Continual deleting / recreating of the catalogue will lead to an excessive number of deleted records stored on the server which may have a negative effect on downloading the catalogue to the device.
